Enter your keyword, and you will get idea about popularity of the search keyword or query from last 1 year. You can change time with options like Past hours, Past 4 hours, Past day, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past 90 days, Past 5 years, 2004 presents and custom range.
To understand more about this tool, Lets take example how Google Trends can help us for keyword “Digital Marketing”.
Numbers represent search interest relative to the highest point on the chart for the given region and time. A value of 100 is the peak popularity for the term. A value of 50 means that the term is half as popular. A score of 0 means there was not enough data for this term.
It show the search popularity is stable in last 1 year. Look like its above 75 as an average which is quite stable and good popularity.
if you see carefully on Nov and Dec 2017, it decline little bit and again start getting popularity from Jan 2018.
If we change time difference, it start getting more popularity from time to time till date. The graph is increasing its popularity gradually. It means, over a time period, search keyword get more and more popular with trends. We can not give less importance on this keyword from Google Keyword Planner.
SO if you are digital marketing consultant, its better if you can publish fresh contents time to time about “Digital Marketing”.
